Too bad I didn’t think about taking more pictures. But the boxes came with obvious damage especially around the corners. When I opened them, there are dents on the bars & wires. I had to use a hammer & pliers to straighten them. The small piece of wire that is supposed to hold another piece of wire to secure one of the bowls is broken, I found it detached at the bottom of the box by itself. I use a copper wire to prevent my b&g macaw from opening it.

Good communication from seller . I ordered on March 27 arrived April 1st- fast shipping. I was so excited about getting this new cage since it has various tiers easy to clean for my Robin bird who was with me for 7 years.She was healthy but unexpectedly died on Easter Sunday March 31st . So devastating my heart broken going through the grief The box is very heavy but I haven’t open it .I am sure it is a sturdy beautiful cage. I do appreciate the seller I highly recommend it.

WOW quality bird cage at a reasonable price especially when you consider the cost to ship a heavy item like this. It arrived really fast and was exactly as described and was better than we hoped! Glad we didn't purchase some lesser quality quality item somewhere else that we'd have to replace sooner rather than later.
