The first round of crickets were all dead except about 10. I messaged seller and he said he could resend them but we have to have them hold at the post office for pick up. I said that’s ok, he said he would remember and put that on the shipment.
I didn’t hear from him for a while so I messaged again and asked if he had sent the replacement crickets. He said no when do I want them. I said can I just get a refund? He said no due to pick put a hold at post office. I said I guess just send now
