Was going to leave a great review being that the seller sent way smaller then advertised but offered to fix it right away...now I cant get a response for weeks after they offered to fix the issue. I requested 1 to 2 inch crickets and got less then inch in size. Bottle cap about a inch or 2 in picture. Seller offered to refund or send right size then never heard back. Was hoping to continue to do business as this was where I get my reptile food but I guess on to next seller for now....

Absolutely worst order of crickets I have found on here. The crickets came in a cardboard box with no bag, nothing to contain the crickets. The box contained spiders, small hard shell bugs and roughly 75 to 80% of the crickets were dead. Others were escaping from the box in corners that were not taped properly. This is by far the worst that I have ever seen or have ever received. Do not waste your money. Contacted the seller. No response. See pictures below of dead Carcasses and spiders.

Ordered 3000 large crickets when arrived I could tell it was definitely not packaged properly in one box hard to manage especially trying to take out a small amount at a time and it putting them into a larger container notice that it was not 3000 count estimated the count after counting numerous times more or less around 2000 after paying for 3000 I contacted the seller who at this time has not respondedunfortunately I would not recommend buying from this seller

Was supposed to be 100 crickets. Only got about 80 and roughly 20-30 arrived dead. I reached out to the seller, not to get a refund, but to inform them of the issue and advise against stuffing so many in one container. Seller NEVER responded. I can only imagine the complications that come with requesting a refund from this seller. Would not recommend buying from them.
