Very quick and attentive service - - got a personal message from the seller when item shipped. The mister itself is very well designed, and worked flawlessly on the first try. I got it set up and running in less than an hour. It would have been much faster, but the top of my vivarium is not very well designed to add a mister. This mister is easy to program, and the two provided nozzles give excellent coverage for my whole tank. Plenty of waterline and fittings included.
