I ordered an item by mistake early in the AM on 1-8-24 and immediately asked to cancel it. I promptly received an email from ebay saying I'd hear back from the seller within 3 days. On 1-13-24, after sending several emails to the seller, he finally responded. He contacted me again on 1-16-24 to say he would send a notice to his company to cancel my order and give me a refund. Now waiting for the refund to appear on my credit card. This seller provides poor communication and poor service.
