We shipped the item on time and in good condition but it has become defective during transportation. Customer directly opened a dispute (please don't, just contact us and the issue could have solved easily). We provided a free return shipping label but the customer insisted on getting refund even when item has not been returned yet. After insisting on a return he sent the package back and we refunded him instantaneously even before inspecting the returned item. Why ruining our reputation then?!!

No, item was not damaged in transit. It arrived exactly as pictured via Amazon (not disclosed by seller) in a sealed unopened package, visible in photo. Yes, I rightfully demanded an immediate refund, providing seller photographic evidence. Despite this, seller insisted the used damaged item I was sent be returned to Amazon. Refund was finally issued only after I forwarded proof they had received it.
