Highly recommended!
Easy to follow, begins with a personal journey that is easy for most of us who overeat (aka humans). Filled with information and easy recipes that result in great food. A food processor and a slow-cooker are the only equipment needed, but you can work around them if you don't use or own those devices. Caveat, it is best to use organic veg and greens, wild-caught seafood and free-range eggs, poultry and pork, but not absolutely necessary. In my experience, grass-fed beef is the only absolute. It is actually much healthier to eat, frankly it simply tastes better, too. We just buy less beef and eat smaller portions in order to afford it. So far it is easy to adhere to.Liquor and wine is allowed and lots of kinds of fats. Bacon and eggs are back. Cereal and bread, pastries, cookies, rice, grains are goners, but you can bake bread using coconut and almond flours, if you miss it too much. Specific brands of chocolate that use approved sweeteners are suggested for those of us why can't cope with giving it up. Monkfruit sugar tastes the best of all sugar substitutes to me, it has helped me wean myself off of white sugar. Read full review

This food way needs a store list to have all the ingredients required in the recipes. This book is more geared toward families not single people, making it hard to gauge portion.. Once cooked the taste is good.
