They said they have no control of how the workers pack the items. Item was listed as "brand new, unopened, undamaged...)
They offered a "free shipping label" to return item.
I had already thrown away the entire tub of pretzels.
(No way would I sent back an opened, unsafe food item for them to sell to another unsuspecting customer.)
This is only my second truly unpleasant purchasing experience on EBAY over 20 years.
