Before buying I contacted the seller asking him if this was an ORIGINAL KITCHENAID product and he said yes, so I decided to buy. When the product arrived it turned out to be an unbranded knock-off version (He lied, it was a false advertisement), besides that, the purchase included a burguer press that he did not ship (the item was missing). I inmediately contacted him and told him about that and his answer was I should give the product a try because "it was good quality" and never answered again
