It is noted in the description, and I knew beforehand, but to note, this does not come with a power adapter. Once I got the two speakers wired to it with an appropriate power source (I used a 2A supply, the box itself says a 3A, but I believe the description said 2A) it worked just fine. Looks nice too, adjust treble, bass, volume, and bass volume, and an on/off switch. Thanks!

Good but can be better.
Definitely not 400watts. If you connect a 12v 3amp connector it’ll be around 36 watts max although it should be noted no amp this small will make over 200watts, please don’t connect a connector that’s over 12v 3amp onto this, it may blow up it may not, it’s still dangerous. It should also be noted I’m using a 12v 2amp adapter currently, when I turn the volume up too high the sound quality gets very bad and even shuts off. You need the perfect speakers for this to work, 10watts rms 20-30 peak should be good enough, and for the subwoofer it should be noted you need a good driver/ speaker to make this work and make bass. Definitely not 400watts.
