Delivery great. The jacket I ordered looked second hand and looked like somebody had slept in it for a week. Communication was extremely poor. Not one message of apology. Ridiculous returns procedure. Bought 5 T-shirts, all sent out in one package to me with 1 tracking number. No complaints here - enviro friendly. However, upon wanting to return more than 1 item, the returns make you send each item back separately with their own tracking number so it would cost me over £15 to return the 5 t-shirts. Utterly unacceptable. Not even an option to use my own courier, has to be an eBay prepaid returns label. Won’t be using superdry on eBay again due to this.

Very comfortable hat. I am very sensitive and can't have things too tight, gave a couple of gentle stretches & this has since been worn non stop, has been my " go-to" winter hat. Nice colour although is not the orange as shown in picture, this is not a tangerine orange as shown in picture, more of a pinky orange. Still a great hat all round especially for lovers of SUPERDRY and newbies! Definitely recommend!

Ridiculous returns procedure charging me £3.25 per item return, no option to package items together to save on return postage costs. Nor is there an option to use my own returns method. See attached photo.
