Very helpful for working on your bike. Enables you to lift rear wheel off ground to spin wheels and crank. Front wheel is still untethered. Maybe you need two of these but then your bike maybe unstable? The clamps holding up the wheel are somewhat adjustible but the width is limited. You have to place on your frame where the width fits. I have used to fix brakes and work on shifting. It's very light weight and easy to store. This was impossible before I had this lift..

It is a lottle wobbly. It is definitely worth the price though! We use it for my son to practice for BMX....which the wobbly works for our benefit somewhat since he needs to practice balance for his starting gates. So overall, you get what you pay for!!! In our case it's worth it!
