Hello partstation 2015 was not truthful about the packaging of the pads until I showed them that ceramic brakes are not magnetic and I feel they may perhaps have a history of substituting parts of a lesser value for what is actually ordered ...I ordered ceramic and they tried to say the pads I received were ceramic and had been placed in a box marked metallic by mistake...I spoke with Ebay and hopefully they will be watchful of the dealings of partstation with customers.....Ebay itself is great.

Operational with modification
I found this product has decent quality although with a slight manufacturing issue (my opinion). I found the rubber coated sleeve that houses the cable to be about 3/8" too long to allow it to be effectively mounted to the regulator. The tension put a binding strain on operation. After cutting down the sleeve, operation was much smoother. I realize my own risk while making this modification.

Quality construction, minor modification to fit.
The assembly is of good quality, but one needs to either shorten the casing (thus making the cable longer), or remove material from the pulleys (thus making the cable longer). For the cost of the assembly, and knowing what to do with it, I would purchase it again. Thank you for the prompt reply to my mail.

Fast and good fit
This product was shipped fast and was a good fit for my 04 VW convertible. I did have to cut the housing down about 1/2 inch for it to fit perfect. But there was 1 video on it on the internet
