When bedbugs found their way home in our luggage, it was terrible. We have pets and can't use widespread pesticides. The vermin climb from the floor, but with these traps on the bed's legs, they not only can't climb, they can't get out of the trap. We're doing other things, too, but these traps are wonderful for getting a good night's sleep and protecting any fabric-covered furniture. Just add some food grade DE (diatomaceous earth) to the outer ring, and these traps help you rid the house of bedbugs. Be sure to buy enough for all your beds and upholstered furniture.

Got these interceptors a few weeks ago. So far they have trapped 3 adult bugs and several little baby bugs. One of them was trapped going out of our bed. None since. The others were trying to get INTO our bed and didn't succeed. And we haven't had any bites on us since we got them. So I'm happy, happy, HAPPY. One word of caution though. Keep your bed pushed away from the wall and your blankets up off of the floor so the bugs can't get at your from the wall or the floor. The interceptors come with some kind of tape wrapped around the outside. Don't remove it because it gives the bugs a leg up into the dish side and they CAN'T GET OUT OF IT. Good luck!

The product arrived promptly, in good condition. The instructions were clear and understandable. Warning: do not touch the powder on the surface of the item when removing from box. It needs to be there as part of the product functionality. I learned the hard way. FYI: Your bed has to have legs to fit in the interceptors. If not, you can use the dry ice method. I don't know how the bed bugs got in my house. But I was getting bit every night for about 2 weeks. By using the interceptors and turning my bed into an island, I have not had a bite since the first night. Here is how I did it: The directions give a few options on how to use the interceptors. I chose the island method. Put the legs of the bed on the interceptors. Move the bed away from the wall. Move every thing away from the bed, like night stands. don't let the blankets touch the floor, or the pillows touch the walls. Move anything out from under the bed, that is touching the underside of the bed. Move all electrical cords away from the legs, interceptors, or any part of the bed. Read full review

After using the interceptors for one week, I do not see and more bugs in the trays. But will keep them in place because i hear that they can live for 6 months or more with out feeding.
