The nature of the item defines it as something you want no less than to be new and in the manufacturer's packaging. I contacted the seller stating as much and requested a return. Seller never responded at all. Zero communication. I feel very much like they knew what they did and did not care. I feel very ripped off. These are the kind af sellers that make the platform sketchy. Buyer beware! Find another seller!

    Smells Bad

    Really slick, one of the best water based lubes on slickness & a great value. Only downside which is huge to me is the smell, I can't even compare it to anything I've smelled before. so I had to mix in some fragrance oils to be able to continue using it
