Had to replace my handle on my Toto and bought an expensive ($25) brushed nickel one to match my trash can. It was supposed to be universal but had to me taken apart and reassembled. Then it flushed backwards, down towards the back. Some universal? It also hung about 50% of the time. Decided to buy the one made for this toilet and happy I did.

The lever is fine, but it didn't fit my Toto Drake toilet (ca. 2006) at first. The little square plastic piece that is supposed to slide through the square hole in the toilet tank was too big. It was puzzling. In the end, I shaved down the square plastic corners with a rasp, intill they were even with the threaded part, then it pit through and everything was OK. But I also had to bend the metal arm to get it into the correct position. Now all is working fine, but it wasn't as simple as it should be.

Better than the original . At first I went to home Depot and purchased the only lever that mounts on the side of the tank but it was too weak and bent too easily so it wouldn't lift the flap . This one is metal and is strong , flushes without any effort.

This was a good price and reasonably good quality. I had to bend the rod to get it to fit in my tank and around the other flush parts but it was easy to do with my bare hands. The installation took about 3 minutes and it works great.

Not much I can say on this one. I bought it as a spare. The rod and the handle are metal. Probably the height of the lever would be needed to be bent for adjustment. I have an old style Kohler toilet tank.
