This is an awesome book and program! DDP breaks down complicated, boring yoga poses into a fun workout for all ages and body types. He even shows you how to modify all of the exercises if you are unable to to do them as he demonstrates. I thoroughly enjoy doing the exercises in this book. The DVD's that are available, are terrific too! It is a worthwhile purchase for anyone who wants to begin a yoga or exercise program!
Great book, I enjoyed reading and bought this for a fan of Cody Runnels actually. It's great he was in the book and it was just what i was looking for.
