Wish I had purchased it earlier in life.
Used it on turkey was very sharp, easy to balance, nice handle. Next is summer when we cook beef brisket....can"t wait, or a large pork roast. Very glad to have purchased it. First saw one at a large restaurant in Cheektowaga, NY where a chef cut the roast beef using one.

This knife is an elegant way to slice meats. It's inexpensive, sharp, well-made (full tang), high quality, great balance. I highly recommend it! BTW, get the knife before the price of shipping increases, since a gallon of regular gas, where I am, is $4.25 and rising. By the end of the year, I won't be surprised if gasoline reaches $20/gallon.
