I was not aware as to how the costume should look and wrote to the company that I was disappointed. Within minutes they answered back with a plan to make things "right". Then my husband came home and informed me it was exactly how it should look because of the character we had ordered and when I apologized to the company they were super kind and grateful to hear from me. We will surely purchase from them again in the future!

The product itself is fine, but the description is misleading. Toddler (2/4) gives the impression that this outfit is in fact a 2T to 4T size. "T" for toddler just like the description claims. However, when you get the product it is actually 24 months. That is an infant size not a toddler size. Due to this we were not able to use the item and I had to spend more money on another costume.

This is NOT a size 2-4. My barely 2-year-old, who is small for her age, can barely fit in it. I can't imagine trying to put a 3 or 4yo in it. Size is more like 18-24 months. But, it's a cute costume and appears to be made well. It just doesn't fit.
