These boots are not slip resistant, someone could fall with these boots & get severely injured, that customer service agent Ivy was trying to be of no help in returning these boots for a full refund, I had to talk to her manager in order to get a return shipping label, this could have been a positive if it weren't for her(Ivy), do not deal with her if u have a problem talk to her manager instead.
