The print is awesome and it was packed well but I sent a question with my order, requesting expedited shipping in order to get on time for a gift and they didn’t get back to me. It was sent standard without comment and then it came late, well past the time it predicted and past the special date I’d hoped to give it on. When I asked for an update, to see if there was tracking they did get back to me within 24 hours with an answer, but there was no tracking available.
