If you're into psychedelic bands, you owe it to yourself to dash out and buy this one. I can't imagine that you'll be disappointed. This 16-song collection only contains one weakish cut, Wilson Pickett's "Ninety-Nine and One Half " (but I'm not a fan of covers, so the issue may be me). The remainder of the CD with such songs as "Imitation Situation 1 (Toccata and Fugue)/Where Do You Go?," "San Francisco Girls (Return of the Native)," "The Sun Also Rises," "Filigree & Shadow," "Love Makes the Sun Rise," "Death Is the Dancer," "Girl Don't Push Me," "Hey Mister"—and, oh hell's bells, all the rest—are simply terrific. I find the disc incredibly interesting and truly engaging. The real test? I keep punching replay. Fever Tree is a great band whose music, whether you're a 60s fan or not, belongs in your music collection. No text. Liner notes.Read full review
