To be fair I was not able to test the item until way after the 30 days, so I was unable to contact the seller, even though it was shipped on time. So this is not about the seller. It's about the item. It does not hold a charge. Even when plugged in it turns off and the settings reset. So motion detection is impossible. This is not a good product. I know if I was timely the seller would have sorted it out with me. And it shipped quickly.
