Misleading pictures
The pictures appear to be clear/light grey, then transition to dark grey. This is not the case at all. They come to you as dark grey, then transition to darker grey, I guess, though I never really saw them transition. According to the seller, the human eye cannot see the transition, only if you block off half of the lens and place it in direct sunlight....so really what's the point. If it's cloudy outside, most people aren't going to wear sunglasses. when I tried to return these, the seller all but insulted my intelligence, by sending different pictures of how they actually look, still don't get it, but whatever. I purchased these to use as safety glasses inside my plant, then as sunglasses to go outside for breaks,etc. I was not able to give this a zero star, so instead of looking at ... No transition
From the review I wasn't surprised that it didn't transition from light to dark when it is exposed to sunlight. I also have another transition lens non-polarized from a different company that said the same. I was fine that it didn't transition. What I wanted was that it was polarized with a light tint so that I can use it indoors as my safety glasses.
