At first I didn’t think it would be very sturdey, then another box shows up a few days later with the braces, so it looks like it will hold up, time will tell. It is what I was looking for the straps were in the wrong place and I had to screw new holes into my shell but the cover was correct. Thank you.

Mine came 3 inches oversized and stitching was crooked materials are OK but I don’t think this is gonna last very long, specially being so large. The wind will pick it.
Tried work it out with seller he will not work with you. It’s bogus and he will send you to a third-party website to do upgrades to your cover that eBay has no jurisdiction over.
Claim premium cover, I would say it’s NOT.

This buyer's cover is indeed 3 inches larger than his hot tub. HOWEVER, the buyer's own pictures also prove we custom manufactured his cover to the size & specifications he provided. It is not our fault the buyer provided the wrong size. His pictures prove it is the size he ordered.

This was much more than a simple cover. Customizable with lots of options. Communication was brilliant. Only negative was that packaging for this was a thin box that was torn up, but thankfully there was no damage to the cover. They were very clear in their communication that I needed to ensure the cover was in good shape before receiving it from the shipper. I was actually amazed that it wasn't damaged after seeing what shape the shipping box was in. Overall excellent experience.
