Easy to follow while allowing you the ability to tweak recipe .
I purchased this book in the early 90's when I first wanted to bake cheesecakes. I loved the easy to understand recipes which enabled me to switch out ingredients to tweak recipe and make it my own. My first copy of this book was a cherished staple in my home. It contained all my writings in the pages which I made after baking and adjusting recipe to my families liking and needs. Unfortunately my book disappeared from my home along with all my notations. I mourned the loss of my book and all its ingredient stains and pages held together by tape due to the many years of use. I turned my home upside down after baking a less than perfect cheesecake last year and still no book. I was extremely happy to find the book on ebay. No not my ordinal worn and stained and pen marked book but a new book. I'm sure this new copy will develop new ingredient stains to mark all the future cheesecakes I will bake.Read full review

Best recipes for Cheesecake
This little book has some of the easiest and best cheesecake recipes I have ever seen. I have been baking and cooking for over 50 years. I love cheesecake and its one of the easiest desserts to make. This book makes it even easier. I highly recommend this book for the novice baker or the most experienced baker. Buy it, you will love it.
