Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Season 1
I recommend this DVD set to anyone who is a Sci-Fi or Horror or Soap Opera fan because that's exactly what you'll when you watch this DVD set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I'm personally a fan of Sarah Michelle Gellar and many of the others on the show so I enjoy watching these episodes over and over. I love all the action and drama that goes on between these teens in high school fighting demons and the forces of evil. I mean almost everyone can relate to the good and bad times of their high school experience, maybe not quite like this, but to a degree. I mean it's always nice to get caught up in a show that you can get lost in, which is exactly what this show does. The features are pretty nice as well, photo gallery, TV trailers, commentary, interviews and much more. Overall it's a great show to buy on DVD and it's seven year run is living proof of that.Read full review

Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Seasons 1-7
The show is one of my favorites! I completely missed it while on TV and heard about it from a co-worker in her 50's who got hooked on it while the reruns aired on FX or something like that. I always thought it was a show geared towards the younger crown, but it's enjoyable for older folks as well! I really got into it! The actors are great! Storyline is fun and keeps you interested. Although, the whole drama over Buffy & Angel gets a little boring, which the producers/writers (whoever) did figure out and ended up giving 'Angel' his own show - Also a Great Show, BTW! - so it works out. It's not just for the younger highschool crowd either! It's entertaining, fun to watch and has some pretty good choreographed fight scenes.

Buffy's First Season
My dead daughter literally memorized the dialog of the movie. My living daughters each own the entire run of both Buffy and Angel. I can't afford to buy the complete run, but when I came across the first season for only three dollars plus shipping, I couldn't resist. Now all I need are the others of both series, and I'll be loaded for bear. We are making a cenotaph for our dead daughter, because her grave is too far away for us to visit. When our handyman suggested we put it on a stake, we both looked at him in horror, and then I said, "No, she wouldn't like that." My husband added, "And I don't like it either." Actually, she'd probably be very amused--in fact, she's talking inside my head now, and she agrees that the idea is funny but she doesn't want it anyway. That's okay, daughter, you saw the ceramic slab we're putting the bronze plaque on, and it's exactly the color yours was when you were a baby. So Buffy is a family thing.Read full review

Outstanding! Full of Buffy the Vampire Slayer Goodness
Well, it's Buffy the Vampire Slayer so naturally the title implies excellence in classic teen television. Great DVD for the Vampire Slayer lover! We love watching Giles and the only thing we didn't like about it was the master (the evil vampire guy for you non watchers)- so all in all it was a super fantastic product offering all the thrills and spills and whaky special effects a series can offer! Buy one and relive being back in high school (hopefully not being possessed by the one of the vampire demons)!Love it love it love it!!!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Season 1
I bought this for my oldest daughter for Christmas. Actually all six of us used to watch the show. It's fun to have the series on tape so we can go back to watch it whenever we want to. I'm sure I'll even get through it again and again. Right now the two girls are watching it. It has also been fun to see the actors show up in other places! Remember the guy in the romantic coffee commercials...that's Giles!
