This seller purchases the item through Amazon and then has it shipped to me, this practice is unfair and I all circumstances misleading. In addition I am a collector of these items and the items original package was damaged.

This is called amazon fulfillment, very common when sellers also have an amazon account. Then buyer complains about item arriving in damaged condition and posts picture that shows no damage.?!?!

Seller canceled order and issued me a refund without me asking. I still wanted the product. Seller was condescending and rude to me because I asked when the product would arrive and if they actually had it in their possession. They apparently did not. According to tracking, product was shipped on 03/12 but the seller then said he or she didn't have it and it was a preorder. Seller then was condescending and rude.

You just need to read the big bold letters in title that say PRE-ORDER. Seller was not condescending, nor rude, I explained to you how this worked and pointed out that you did not read the messages I sent. But you chose to blame me and leave negative feedback instead. It's very sad that ebay will allow this kind of deceiving feedback to stand. It comes from people that dont understand the fundamental part of what they are ordering is not something in stock. It's there on the name, a pre-order.
