The package arrived and on some of the containers the seal has been broken while others have no seal at all. Nasty "cream" all over the outsides of the containers. These were listed as "new" but are more than likely counterfeit and not the actual Kiehl s cream. Seller claimed that these were probably damaged during shipping which is IMPOSSIBLE from the manner in which they were packaged. The seller knows that the seals were missing on two of the containers and the other two were breached. SCAM

Listing description clearly says ships same day. Seller told me listing shows 3 bus days and to have patience. Wrong. Delivery was very long. Item not as described, Missing metal ring to install caps correctly on rim and were not OEM, as claimed in listing pics. Seller keeps saying it's very nice, was a batch error and shouldn't affect use. Caps keep falling off wheel easily. Pic 1 listing, pic 2 actual. Seller didn't try to resolve issue. Shady listing practices to get a sale. Don't recommend.
