Seller described this as "New: Other", but just prior to shipping, the seller gave it one final quality control check to make sure everything was ok. That was when they noticed that after testing it, it failed to light up. Instead of sending it to me defective, the seller issued me a refund with a message to inform me of their decision to not send it. I'm giving them an A+++++++++++++ for going the extra mile & making sure it was exactly as described.
