The product arrived on time. After using the product for about two weeks, I noticed the tube was dry. I contacted the seller. She responded within a few hours and sent a replacement free of charge. I received the replacement by the end of the week. The new tube is full of product. While I wasn't happy that my original purchase wasn't the quality I expected, the customer service and replacement product more than made up for the issue. I am a happy camper.
