    Replaces 3 other pedals.

    First of all, there is no problem with whine. It requires its own power supply. I have other pedals that do as well. It covers everything from overdriven amp sounds to high gain distortion with great sustain. The fuzz CAN do "Satisfaction" and "In a gadda da vida". This is a matter of how it interfaces with your pickups, but the eq curves make all these sounds possible. Its really a great find!

    Lots of Distortion/Fuzz, you can find your tone.

    A lot of Distortion/fuzz, the Fuzz tone switch you can find your tone, not all settings are useable in my opinion. I think power chords with the tone turned low. Turn the distortion low. Metal, 7 strings you might find you low tones with this Pigtronix pedal. Real solid build.Lots of distortion
