The item I purchased (a vintage wind up music box) said it “works well”, but when I received it, it didn’t work. I was disappointed, but figured I’d try to work it out with the seller. I reached out to tell him the issue, and he immediately made it right. He apologized for the issue and told me he checked it before sending it out and it worked fine. So, even though the item didn’t work and wasn’t technically what was advertised… it was clearly a mix up and the seller was still trustworthy!
