Useful tool, but take the extended warrantee...
This is my 3rd Ear Box. I'm using it as instructed but I keep blowing them playing outdoors gigs. My 1st blew within the warrantee period so it was replaced, after that I took the extended warrantee & it's a good thing I did. Now about the Ear Box. I play some gigs where it's hard to hear my self because of the room acoustics. I find having the Ear Box in my face allows me to hear myself & avoid hitting the strings harder & causing "blisters on my fingers" issues. My only issue with this is it doesn't reflect my actual tone & gives you a treblelier tone which in a way is good because it cuts thru the band.This is my 3rd Ear Box. Not a helpful way to monitor your bass.
Tried using this with my current amp setup and it was absolutely useless. I really wanted this to be a nice tool to help monitor my pitch since I play mostly fretless.
