Unfortunately I had to cancel the item due to it having been damaged before I could send it. I had a distinct memory of sending you an explanation for the cancellation and subsequent refund but I must have gotten sidetracked. My husband was going though chemotherapy for throat cancer and honestly I was pretty distracted. This negative feedback is the first I've received and I've been a seller since 2003 with 100s of positive comments. I did send you a private msg but haven't heard back from you
