    Dope Mic

    I've used it in my past. It was actually the first mic I started with, just over time it was lost. A very clean and pro sounding mic, nice quality

    I've been using this mic instead of my Neumann U87

    I've have several Neumann U87 mics which have performed wonderfully for all the years I have used them in my studio. Just for grins I decided to try the MXL mic that I had purchased a few months ago. I was totally surprised by the quality sound I was getting with this mic which compares very favorably to the Neumann. I was recording vocals which had a clarity and response that I didn't expect. Great mic!

    Classic inexpensive condenser mic for a home recording hobbyist. Best bang for the buck and great to get you started with some decent recordings. Easily modified also.
