    Magic Looms with a twinkle and a thump!

    Ah such a refreshing film! Morgan Freeman, Author, who is playing a crippled soppy drunk feeling sorry for himself, until a beautiful gal his neighbor catches that twinkle he thought fizzed out of his eye With the loss of his late wife When she passed. His neighbor has three daughters and the middle one befriends him, this daughter and the mother (twinkle in his eye) has started him on the road to a cure From his alcoholism. And he is able to begin typing again. What a heart warming film. Beautiful, one of my Favorites. I love Morgan Freeman Freeman he always plays his parts well. Jessica B.

    A nice, warm and a homey feeling watching this movie.

    The Magic of Belle Isle is a wonderful "family" type of movies that you won't be disappointed if you want something that is non-friction that is good for all ages. I didn't know anything about the movie but when I saw that Morgan Freeman's name, I figured I couldn't go wrong....and I was right. I would love to see the town of Belle Isle, assuming that it's between Manhattan and Albany, NY but I have a feeling that there really is no little city called Belle Isle....thinking that there might be a strip of town that is referred to as Belle Isle. I'd really like to see the area based upon what I saw in the movie because it was so calming, laid-back type of town.
