    Good reference for basic food!

    Leslie Mackie has some best cooks on the planet. She is very good at explaining her recipes. I have several of her books and use them a lot. It is my cookbook bible. I really like her yeast dough recipes for coffee cakes. The Brioche dough is a winner!
