    Great book! Worth a read.

    I bought this book because I'd watched the film based on it, and since I loved it, I thought reading the book would be a good idea. I really loved this book. As someone who has dealt with depression, I can say it paints an accurate picture of how a teens mind works when depressed (at least in my case). This book was funny, interesting, and a really quick read. I would probably recommend it to a high school student, but anyone could read it and enjoy it.

    It was a book about depression and it start in a depressing fashion. Could not get through the beginning.

    It's kind of a Funny Story is a GREAT Story

    First off, if you're into books that take place in a mental institution, you'll love this book. It's told by a suicidal teenager who checks himself into help. He meets several quirky characters and learns alot about himself along the way. Vizzini writes in a realistic way, making it ideal for teenagers to read.

    I was disappointed.

    I bought this product because i had seen the movie and i assumed the book would be even better than the movie. i was mistaken it is i'm sure a great work to some but to me it was a little confusing. The author's writing style was sporadic and rather strange. i couldn't recommend this book sadly to anyone but the film was wonderful
