A lavish, large, cookbook, beautifully photographed with dreamy pictures of where you could have your outdoor meal. This book is sectioned by the course or type of meal you are preparing and then by each Season of the calendar. Recipes are out of the ordinary for outdoor food. However, some are quite generic and boring. Many fine sounding seafood and fish recipes abound. Since I am no expert on cooking with seafood, and live 1500 miles from any Ocean, I shall not comment on them. Some recipe highlights include Frittata With Caramelized Onions and Roasted Peppers, Roasted Yellow Pepper Soup with Basil Swirl, Three Onion Soup With Gruyere Croutons, BLT Wraps With Tahini Sauce, Jerked Chicken Grilled Under A Brick, Pizza With Gorgonzola, Potatoes, and Rosemary, Farfalle With Chickpeas, and ...
