    O-M-G the clean tones!

    I was using a Boss GT-10B pedal for my "pre-amp" and some different tones, and then blaming my Markbass amp for making odd honk-like tones on the D and G strings, and not being able to just get the great classic rock bass punch and growl that I wanted. After hearing the Darkglass analog solution, GOODBYE digital processing pedals!!

    Fantastic bit of kit but hefty price tag

    You can watch the YouTube videos and read reviews written by folks who have expertise in the tech and comparable bits of kit that do a similar job. So my tuppence worth - this is a top quality product and a thing of beauty that will make your bass sound fantastic, in many different ways. Only downside is the price, hence only 4 stars, not 5. Also reason why I've answered 'No' to question 'Is it value for money'. Top quality kit won't ever come cheap but even so I still think the price tag is a little too hefty. Cost is the only reason I haven't purchased all the Darkglass bass products. Look out for the eye wateringly expensive but mind blowing distortion pedal, the Alpha · Omega.

    Almost too much.

    You can dial in a bunch of different sounds with this thing. Bring a notepad to remember which switch goes where hahaha
