I received an item that was damaged on its route to my mailbox. I informed annamaycat about the condition of the package and that the item was also damaged. I asked annamaycat to see if I could exchange the item and would provide pics of the damage if needed. Without a second thought, annamaycat, informed me that a replacement figure would be sent out immediately. It has now arrived and it was bubble wrapped and in perfect condition.
