Stained Glass window arrived broken. The seller bought insurance but wouldn't submit the claim or refund me. I had to submit the claim myself and still haven't heard back. In the end, my best-case scenario is that I am left with a broken window, and I am out $100 for shipping (which was considerably more than the actual cost to ship). The item was as described, and I can tell that the breaks were new, so there was no deception from the seller.
