Another great walk from my favorite gal!
Great workout!! I did this one recently and I really enjoyed it! It was fun and sweaty, with great music and energy, and the time flew by!! On a side note, Steve has 2 left feet, that poor thing was struggling big time with those grapevines! I found him a bit distracting upon preview but I barely noticed him while doing the workout. I Love Walk Away the Pounds
I decided to buy Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds - 4 Really Big Miles -Fast & Firm because I wanted to add a little variety to my workout. I already had the other 4 mile walks and the 5 mile walk, so I wanted to add this one to my workout collection. I really like how the workout has mile markers, good stretchie exercises, and some jogging (or "boosted walking"). I always love WATP because it is a great, challenging workout but also easy to follow. The only things I don't like about this video and other WATP is that Leslie talks so much that it is sometimes hard to just enjoy the music. I wish should there was feature the turns the volume down on the talking. I would definitely recommend this video to people who are in pretty good shape and want to do some indoor aerobics. Leslie is the best!!!
I have yet to try this work-out by Leslie Sansone. But I know I will love it! Leslie's work-outs are all awesome! Easy to follow, no tricky steps, combinations. Anyone can use them and pick up the routines quickly. No matter how fit and experienced you are or if your not fit and just beginning; you can do them! And feel good! She always starts off showing you what the work-out will consist of (a warm-up) and will cue you through out. She is always friendly and upbeat. The people with her, during the work-out, are not super slim, super fit! They will not intimidate you. I always use ankle weights besides the hand weights, to work cardio and do strength training at the same time. Also, Leslie's work-outs, any one can find the time to do them! They can range from 15 minutes to 45 ... I have yet to try this work-out by Leslie Sansone. But I know I will love it! Leslie's work-outs are all awesome! Time Flies!
I just finished this dvd and really enjoyed it! Leslie Sansone's dvd's are fun and motivating. Easy to learn but it's still a challenging workout. The Firm Band wasn't used as much as I thought it would be and there isn't as much boosted walking (jogging) as is in the 4 fast Miles dvd. You'll use the same 4 basic steps as usual and can do all 4 miles or 1, 2 or 3. There is a nice stretch time at the end too. Time went by fast because it's so fun!
