My experience was not good. First they sent all five of the switches without power cords. I did reach out to them and they did send them to me but ignored my second issue. The photo clearly show the switches with the mounting bracket to mount them in a server rack. None of them showed up and when I asked about them the seller did not respond. Third the switches had bent ears on them and this happened after they had bubble wrapped them because there was bubble wrap pined between these and housing

Items for paid for and it took nearly 2 weeks to finally ship out. Once arrived, the items did not come with power cords which caused us to have to refund our clients, because we could not source the power cables in time for the event.
