This was listed as "open box", so I called the shop to ask for more details. Someone answered the phone right away, which was a great sign, and they told me it was a new guitar that had been returned. When I got the delivery, the outer shipping box was a little beat up, but everything else was basically brand new, tags on, plastic wrap still on the fretboard. I barely had to tune it and it was ready to play. I am very happy with this purchase and the seller.

This seller (proaudiostar) was fantastic across the board! The item was listed as "open box" so the price was a great deal, but I can't for the life of me tell where the box was opened. All of parts were factory sealed in plastic and zip-tied together on cardboard panels, just like brand new. The icing on the cake was that shipping was free and very fast. Based on my experience I just ordered another "open box" item from this seller with no hesitation whatsoever.

    Must have on any pedal board. (blues, metal, classic rock, lead.....doesn't matter....a must have)

    This is probably the BEST overdrive pedal on the market. It dials in to the sound I'm looking for super easy. Other OD's just don't have that same crunch like this one brings to the table. One quick note though, definitely get a power adapter. I was lucky to get 1 hour out of a single 9-volt battery. There is no point in this pedal even taking batteries, you can never make it through one show. But get an adapter its a quick fix and well worth it. Great pedal, great sounds.....stop chasing the perfect crunch and buy this one!

    Superb pedal

    I bought the Wampler Tumnus Deluxe to go on my pedalboard, for use with my acoustic guitar. This was such such am awesome addition to my arsenal that it lotetally replaced 2 other pedals and gave my sound the extra punch I needed. I've seen countless videos where this pedal is used brilliantly with an electric guitar. But I am living proof that acoustic can benefit from this sweetness, too. You need punch in your rhythm? Get this. You want to stand out with your leads? Get this? You want it to do your laundry? Get this, and then go do your own laundry.

    Another Great Pedal From Wampler

    The Deluxe keeps the original Tumnus sound and adds all kinds of versatility, from the 3-band EQ controls to the switchable buffered/true bypass button and 2-position gain switch. I was very happy with my original Tumnus, but this one's off the charts! If you like a smooth, creamy, low-to-medium- gain overdrive with great articulation, this is one of the absolute best around. A blues lover's dream come true!

    Great!!

    Have Red dirt, Timmy, Dude, RYRA Klone, original 808 a tube screamer, TS9x.. Etc... Constantly searching for "the tone" I hear in my minds eye... Then I ordered my Tumnus deluxe.... Most Awesome.. Is an understatement.. This pedal is not ever leaving my board Sweet singing drive with sustain.. That "right on the edge" sound I've been looking for... Dialing in that perfect "tone" Could not be easier.. Kudos to Brian Wampler.. Get yourself one... You will not regret it!!!!!!

    Wampler Tumnus Deluxe Overdrive Boost Pedal

    It is one of the better Klone Clones available today. Low noise, and it can be dialed in depending on the sound or tone you want. I'm not an expert on guitar pedals, but I know what I like and this pedal was a good buy for me.
