I am updating and correcting my former review. Once the seller saw the defect in the wig, they immediately offered me a refund and apologized. The wig was brand new in the box and the sellers had never taken it out to examine it, believing it was without flaws. I discovered a manufacturers defect in the wig and they were very quick to make me whole and refund my money and postage. I will buy from them again.
