Very responsive, answered all queries and provided many pictures including taking out pickups to verify. Exactly as described and in pics. 1 negative was the packaging, well packed and supported neck, strings de-tyned as well but outer box was little too small so was very close to headstock, could feel it through the box. Luckily arrived undamaged but the potential for a broken neck/headstock was there. Arrived in 7 days but picked up 2 days after label printed. Would buy again from this store.

Fantastic seller. Answered any questions quickly. Shipped the instrument promptly and VERY well packaged for the trip. We will keep an eye on their shop for other items of interest. Though shipping was not cheap, it came quickly via FedEx and as said before very well packed to avoid any damage.
