Getzen 351 trombone; product arrived as expected (needs some work), however packing was not well thought out. Description says, "case included", but no good pics of case, no description of the condition; doesn't close straight, bent clasps, 1 clasp missing. It was still a fair price and I can buy a case for $100, however it was shipped loose in the case in a box, no extra packing to secure it, with the case unlatched, product loose inside. Thankfully no damage. No harm no foul.
