Getzen 351 trombone; product arrived as expected (needs some work), however packing was not well thought out. Description says, "case included", but no good pics of case, no description of the condition; doesn't close straight, bent clasps, 1 clasp missing. It was still a fair price and I can buy a case for $100, however it was shipped loose in the case in a box, no extra packing to secure it, with the case unlatched, product loose inside. Thankfully no damage. No harm no foul.

The instrument arrived as advertised and very quickly. I gave seller all stars and a positive rating. However, a thing that requires improvement is the packing. We got lucky this time since the horn arrived with no apparent additional damage. However, it's not a good idea to just plop a horn in a hand carry case into a box with no packing material at all and ship it, just letting the horn bounce around inside. Packing material was needed to immobilize the case inside the packing box.
